Workshop on Statistical Optimization of Fermentation Parameters

The aim of the workshop was to provide basic training in understanding the concepts of how to optimize fermentation parameters using stastical methods like Plackett-Burman Design and Response Surface Methodology. This statistical optimization methods help students to learn how to increase fermentation product yield manifold and to understand overall fermentation process economics. The workshop was held on 22nd and 23rd July 2022. The knowledge was delivered by Dr. Mayur Gahlout and Dr. Hiren Prajapati from KBS Commerce and Natraj Professional Sciences College, Vapi.
